Quickly Noted: Inflatable Hospitals

Light on the content today, but Xeni Jardin had a couple of posts on boingboing.net that blew my mind, and I just had to pass them along. Xeni spoke to a couple of folks from Médecins Sans Frontières, or MSF, about how they set up inflatable hospitals in disaster zones, and included a video and an entire photo gallery of the setup.

Now, I’ve been in one of these things for an exercise once, and they really are one of the coolest things out there. To get NINE of them set up in one spot is really a testament to the great work that MSF is doing in Haiti.
